BMES Minder

The BMES Minder is an intelligent central heating boiler management system, compatible with most small domestic boilers including combis, condensing and back boilers using natural gas, oil or LPG. In common with all BMES intelligent controls the system uses the principle of Variable Thermal Response (VTR) to achieve it’s energy savings. It has two electronic sensors which are fitted to the FLOW and RETURN pipes of the central heating system. Information from these sensors is used to accurately vary the system temperature according to the demand imposed. This significantly reduces the fuel wastage caused through temperature overshoot, heat saturation of the heat exchanger, flue losses and unnecessary boiler cycling, whilst improving internal comfort levels and reducing CO2 emissions. The Energy Minder is also available with an optional weather compensation program (only suitable for heating only or combi boilers).

BMES Master

The BMES Master is a digital, intelligent central heating boiler management system with built in programmer.
 It is compatible with most domestic boilers including combi, condensing and back boilers using natural gas, oil
or LPG. The Master is a highly cost effective means of providing energy efficiency. This intelligent boiler management system can reduce heating costs by up to 30%. The Energy Master uses the principle of Variable Thermal Response (VTR) and Auto Weather Compensation software to achieve it’s energy savings. Electronic sensors are fitted to the flow and return pipes of the central heating system and where required to hot water storage. An external temperature sensor is fitted for weather compensation. Information from these is used to accurately vary the system temperature output according to the demand imposed. This significantly reduces fuel wastage caused by temperature overshoot, heat saturation of the heat exchanger, flue losses and unnecessary boiler cycling, whilst improving internal comfort levels and reducing CO2 emissions.

BMES 100

The BMES 100 is a digital, intelligent boiler management system with built in programmer, designed to control single, small to medium sized commercial boilers. It is compatible with most makes and types of boilers using natural gas, oil or LPG. The system combines microchip technology with proven techniques to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Our Variable Thermal Response program measures system water temperature through electronic sensors on the flow and return pipes and accurately varies the system temperature to meet the demand imposed. Additionally the BMES 100 performs optimisation, weather compensation, variable thermal response, flow and return system temperature control, night temperature, hot water priority, two stage frost protection, digital programmer and optional security switch to eliminate unauthorised adjustments. Safeguards against back end condensation are also catered for, providing maximum energy savings whilst maintaining comfort conditions. The built in 7-day programmer provides up to two on/off periods per 24 hours with the ability to program variable on/off times for each day of the week.

BMES 500

The BMES 500 is a digital, intelligent, programmable multi-boiler management system designed to control up to ten boilers operating on a common flow and return header. It is compatible with most makes and types of boilers of unlimited output using natural gas, oil or LPG. 

The system combines microchip technology with proven techniques to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Our Variable Thermal Response program measures system water temperature through electronic sensors on the flow and return pipes and accurately varies the system temperature to meet the demand imposed. Additionally the BMES 500 includes a digital programmer, optimisation (on and off), weather compensation, variable thermal response, step control of modules, automatic lead boiler sequencing, minimum and maximum flow and return system temperature control, night temperature, hot water priority, frost protection.

Safeguards against back end condensation are also catered for together with an extensive programming menu to provide maximum energy savings whilst maintaining comfort conditions.
